With the implementation of phase two of Smoke Free Ontario, Cigar Bodega’s status as a registered Specialty Tobacconist became more obvious. Since May 31, unless a store met the required criteria (minimum 50% revenue has to be derived from cigars, pipe tobacco and accessories) they are required to cover up all tobacco products. Cigar Bodega is the only Specialty Tobacconist in Markham and one of a handful in the GTA. This means all cigars and pipe tobacco is visible and customers are still allowed into the walk-in humidor.
Cigar Bodega has a large walk-in humidor, which has one entire section dedicated to Cuban product ensuring the majority of well-known brands and sizes are stocked. As new brands or Limited Editions are introduced in Cuba, we receive them on a timely basis through the official Canadian distributor as one of their appointed Habanos Dealer’s.
Apart from Cuban product Cigar Bodega carries a wide selection of cigars from other great cigar producing countries such as Dominican Republic, Honduras and Nicaragua.
In addition to being a Habanos Dealer, Cigar Bodega is also authorised to carry Davidoff product. As well as the walk-in humidor we have a walled cabinet, which contains another large selection of product including the very popular Cigar Bodega House Brand that has become a best seller since being introduced in 2001.
In addition to cigars, pipe tobacco and their accessories, Cigar Bodega carries a great selection of items that are of interest to non-cigar smokers too! This includes the amusing pieces from the Comic Art of Guillermo Forchino and Lampe Berger, which is a wonderful collection of lamps and fragrances to purify the air.

Apart from the retail side of the business, we can also arrange for personalized cigar bands to be printed (ideal for corporate golf tournaments, weddings, etc) and discuss other cigar-related ideas that may be suitable for private functions.
